This is Aj + Our spaces of comfort

This is Aj + Our Spaces of Comfort, a two-part project developed through the workshops and sessions of CAMHs Reimagined.

This is Aj maps the journey of a child in need of mental health support and the hurdles they witness while seeking the support available. It helps notice the gaps in the system and the windows of opportunity to make this easier for Aj.

Our Spaces of Comfort are reimagining spaces outside of our homes that can become spaces of comfort. Participants were asked to list elements, describe the connected emotion and draw what gives them comfort/ helps them support their mental health.
